Click an image thumbnail to view the full-size version in a new window. Then click the left or right side of the image to move through the gallery, or close that window and choose a new picture from the thumbnails.

Photo Gallery Keyboard Shortcuts:
Next Photo = n key
Previous Photo = p key
Close Window (return to thumbnails) = c key or x key
